Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using aikitchenstudio.com (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If they do not suit you, please close the tab rather than use the tool.

2. What the Service Does

The Service generates kitchen design concepts: you upload a photograph of a kitchen, pick a direction, and receive AI-generated images of that same room reworked. Results are visual ideas for planning a renovation — personal and commercial inspiration use is welcome.

3. Accounts

• No account is needed — every visitor gets three free kitchen designs per day.
• Creating a free account (seconds via Google, no credit card) adds design downloads, your saved history, cross-device access and the option to buy credits for more.
• Keep your account credentials safe; activity under your sign-in is your responsibility.
• Spinning up extra accounts or identities to farm free generations is not allowed.

4. Credits & Pricing

• Free allowance: Three kitchen designs per day on the Basic model, refreshed daily.
• Paid credits: Sold as one-time packs or monthly/annual plans (Starter / Pro / Max).
• Cost per design: Basic model 1 credit, Pro model 4 credits.
• Subscription credits: Restocked each billing cycle; leftovers do not carry over.
• Pack credits: Never expire.
• Failures: A generation that errors out refunds its credit automatically.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Stripe handles checkout; card details never touch our systems.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancellation is self-serve from your account page, or by email.
• Annual plans charge once per year; monthly plans charge monthly.
• Refunds are considered case by case — write to us.

6. Acceptable Use

Please do not:

• Upload photos you have no right to use, or illegal or explicit material.
• Try to make the Service produce unlawful content.
• Probe, scrape or automate the API endpoints behind the tool.
• Sell or hand off your account or credit balance.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your photos: They stay yours — uploading them licenses nothing to anyone else.
• Your results: Designs generated from your uploads may be used freely, including in remodel planning, contractor briefs and client presentations.
• Our side: The AI Kitchen Studio name, logo and site design remain ours.

8. Disclaimer

Generated designs are visual suggestions, not architectural documents. No output has been checked for structural practicality, utilities routing or your local building code — bring the pictures you like to a licensed professional before knocking anything down.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is offered “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses tied to its use — including renovation choices made on the strength of a generated image.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be revised as the Service evolves; the version in force is the one posted when you use it.
