aikitchenstudio.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs a free AI kitchen design tool: you send us a photograph of your kitchen, and we return design ideas generated from it. This policy describes what we collect in that exchange and the choices you have.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Your email address, only if you choose Google Sign-In (an account is optional — the tool works without one).
• Uploaded images: The kitchen photos you submit for design generation.
• Generated images: The AI-designed results linked to your session or account.
• Usage data: Which pages you open and which features you use, plus a one-way hashed identifier used to count your daily free designs.
• Payment data: Order records handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To produce the kitchen designs you request and show them back to you.
• To keep your daily free allowance and credit balance straight.
• To run and secure the service, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• To understand, in aggregate, which parts of the site are useful.

4. Third-Party Services

The service leans on these providers:

• Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe — Payment processing. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare R2 — Storage for the photos you upload and the designs we return.
• kie.ai and Replicate — The image generation APIs that create your designs.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot verification on the generate button.
• Google Analytics 4 / Microsoft Clarity — Aggregated usage analytics and heatmaps.
• Vercel — Hosting.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

A login session may be kept in your browser’s local storage; analytics tools may set their own cookies. Blocking cookies is supported — the core design tool keeps working.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your images live in encrypted cloud storage, and infrastructure access is limited to the team operating the service. Designs made while signed in are tied to your account; designs made during the no-signup trial are kept under a random browser identifier instead, and links to generated designs are unguessable.

7. Data Retention

Photos and designs are kept so you can revisit and download them. Say the word and we will delete them earlier — see the contact address below.

8. Your Rights

• Ask what data is associated with you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Decline analytics tracking via your browser or our cookie choices.

9. Children’s Privacy

The service is aimed at adults planning a renovation and is not offered to anyone under 13.
